Joe Okonkwo

Joe Okwonko is an American writer, whose debut novel Jazz Moon won the Edmund White Award[1] and was shortlisted for the Lambda Literary Award for Gay Fiction,[2] in 2017.
Originally from Syracuse, New York, he has been based in New York City since 2000.[3] He is the fiction editor of Newtown Literary,[3] and edited the 2017 edition of Lethe Press's annual Best Gay Stories anthology.
