Jim Anderson (basketball)

Jim Anderson (born April 20, 1937) is a retired college basketball coach. He was head coach of the Oregon State Beavers team from 1989 to 1995.[1]

He coached Beaver legends Brent Barry and Gary Payton. In his first season at Oregon State, he was named the Pac-12 Conference Men's Basketball Coach of the Year and led the Beavers to the NCAA Tournament, the school's last until 2015.
