History
Jens Naeset was a Norwegian immigrant who became a prominent figure in the Norwegian Lutheran Church of America and helped found what is now Luther College. He was also a successful architect and designed this house, where he and his wife, Gjertrud, lived for the rest of their lives. Gustave and Gaea Melaas Roe later resided in the house and it was passed along through their family.[3]
