Jens Gieseke (born 18 May 1971) is a German politician and Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from Germany. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union, part of the European People's Party.[1]

Career

Gieseke completed his training in law. From 2001 to 2005, he worked as a parliamentary assistant at the European Parliament in Brussels. Prior to being elected to the European Parliament, Gieseke was also employed at the Working Group of German Airports.

Parliamentary service

In addition to his committee assignments, Gieseke is a member of the European Parliament Intergroup on the Digital Agenda.[2]
