Jemima Nartemle Nartey of Accra, Ghana is Vice-Chair and one of 12 elected volunteer members of the World Scout Committee, the main executive body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement.[1][2][3]

Former Deputy Chief Commissioner at the Ghana Scout Association, she studied Women and Gender Studies at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Public Relations at the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and French at Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya, Ghana.
