J Blessing born Jibril Blessing is a TV producer, Music Video Director, Cinematographer and Founder of Link Video Global. He has created numerous Variety of TV productions, Commercials, Documentaries and Music videos for both International and Kenyan based Musicians. He established Link Video Global where he has done over 1000 music videos. This has seen J Blessing bag numerous Awards such as the 2011 Groove Awards Video Producer of the Year, 3 Mwafaka Awards as well as KMVA (Kubamba Music Video Awards) Worship Video of the year. He is the Director of Churchill Show,[1] an award-winning show in Kenya and Laugh Festival Africa hosted by Daniel 'Churchill' Ndambuki,

Early life

Jblessing was orphaned at a tender age and for 9 years,[2] lived as a street urchin in one of the slums in Nairobi, He was late adapted by a well Wisher. His knack for production began at a tender age after developing interest in how videos are made. After honing his skills in Audio production, he proceeded into Video Production and founded Link Video Global which has been instrumental in discovering new artists in Kenya such as Willy Paul.

Career Life

Jblessing started off as a freelance video director and producer, he later founded Link Video Global[3] a production company based in Nairobi Kenya. One of its core functions has been to mentor and groom young people who have interest in Artistic expression. He has been able to launch and establish various main stay Musicians as well as Producers. Some of the success stories within Kenya include the eclectic Willy Paul [4] and Music Video Producer Young Wallace.
