Jayammu Nischayammu Raa is a 2016 Telugu film starring Srinivasa Reddy, Poorna, Posani Krishna Murali, Sree Vishnu, Krishnudu, Ravi Varma, Krishna Bhagavaan, Praveen and Thagubothu Ramesh in pivotal roles, directed and produced by Shiva Raj Kanumuri[1] under his banner Shiva Raj Films as the first film with an ensemble cast and crew. The film is inspired by the 1976 Hindi movie Chhoti Si Baat which itself was loosely based on 1960 movie School for Scoundrels.

Plot

This story runs in the Times of 2013 at United Andrapradesh. Mangallam Survesh Kumar aka survam(Srinivas reddy) from Karimnagar is preparing for state PSC exams from the past 10 years along with his college bumchum yadagiri(Rahul Ramakrishna). Survesh is a very shy guy and naive,believes strongly on astrology follows pithani(Jeeva) a famous astrologer according to his fortune he changed his name to survamangallam. According to his fortune tale he decided to stay on a grave yard in one night for getting his PSC job. Without any thinking he did it. After that he got selected for an Interview in Hyderabad. In attending the interview he saw a girl in the market. Then in the office he got a interview call before pitha's decided time. Luckily he got selected and all informed it to pitha then he managed to say that the girl which he had seen in the place who is a lucky charm for him. Then he got posted to kakinada office which is completely unknown to him. Then he stayed at one of his old friend's home as a caretaker of their home. Then according to pitha's instruction he arranges his office cabin,home and everything as religious and became a bafoon in front of his colleagues. Now his prime aim is to get transfer to his hometown then he meets Adapa(Krishna Bhagvan) his reporting officer asks for a help to get the transfer then he introduce JC(Ravi varma) a IAS cadre officer who is a Womanizer. Then JC puts a condition that to use his home as a private space for his sexual needs. Survam accepts his condition for the sake of transfer even though he doesn't like.Then one day survam saw the same girl which he had seen in Hyderabad after enquiry he came to know that her name is Rani(Poorna) and she is a temprorary worker in a e-seva office which locates besides in his office. Then he manages to get her date of birth certificate with the help of Tathkal(Praveen) a mediator or broker of bribary at government office for matching his horoscope with hers. Then After matching horoscope perfectly he decides to woo her for his well fortune. Meanwhile Rani is a working middle class girl who does not believe in astrology. She don't like her job too her aim is to own a nursery and she applied for a government land for her business in survam's office. Takes it as an advantage survam makes friendship with her. Then he faces a competitor called Kantha rao(Sree vishnu) 'Kanth' is a other government employee who works in Roads and Buildings.Kanth is a very handsome guy,smart and has a nice sense of humour. Survam is average looking guy,naive and very shy person. After some comical circumstances he feared to lose her he decides to make some change over from himself and decided to get a new bike. He bought a second hand bullet from a local second hand bike sellar with a Rs.40000 loan from thatkal which turns out to be a waste piece and became fool again in front of kanth and Rani. Then After that incident losing all hopes suddenly he got a chance to woo Rani again where kanth is went for a camp in out of station. Then in this time period Rani and survam became close friends. Meanwhile he came to know that kanth is coming back from the camp to make it quick he decided to propose her and calls her for her favourite restaurant. Then Rani agrees to come but lastly she didn't come to visit him. Then it is revealed that she is in love with JC. He proposed her that day and she accepts his proposal. Then After that day onwards survam observing her change of behaviour whenever they meet. After that he arranges a surprise party to Rani on her birthday at Rani's residence with the help of tatkal. Then suddenly he noticed a picture of Rani when she was one year old the date of birth was mentioned in the photo which is different from the certificate. Then her father says that he gave a fake date of birth of Rani for her joining in prestigious school.Then the mistake had happened in earlier the tensed survam send the rectified details of Rani to pitha. After waiting of several burning hours pitha instructs to leave Rani because the horoscope didn't match with him. Then he also says that she will become an unluck to him when they unite. Then feared survam tried to maintain distance from her but his inner sole instructing to not lose Rani. Then JC calls survam to his cabin and give a dictation to him,in the dictation the details are mentioned about Rani which utterly shocked by survam and get tensed about her,JC instructs to survam to go out from his house for his "private space",and after that Rani calls him to postpone the program which she is giving her birthday treat to survam and his friends. Then he got suspicious more on Rani but first he want to conform that she is Rani or not. Meanwhile JC's real character which is came to know to Rani through her friend. But Rani didn't believe that and decides to go for a date with JC. Then in the survam's home JC's behaviour became abnormal which makes her uncomfortable. Meanwhile after watching Rani with JC survam is struggling with his inner sole to stop her and save her from JC his inner sole instructs him to save her from JC by himself not with the help of others and finally he decided to save her by himself. Then he calls to JC and lies that there is a gas leakage problem in the house checked by himself JC went to the kitchen to check the problem the other side survam unlocks the door without Rani's knowledge then Rani nearly ran away from the house reached her home safely. Then Survam's inner sole makes him realise that he has a good thinking and courage to do good but he didn't have is just self confidence and self belief on him. Then he became confident and decide to face the world with his new approach.

Meanwhile survam's transfer order came to the bench of JC. He wantedly puts hold on the file for his selfish motive.Then survam's approach is completely changed which gets shocked by his colleagues then he started paying back who are cheated him. Firstly he sold his waste bullet to the same mechanic once he bought it for Rs.40000 for a huge profit with the help of tatkal and his friends on a comical way. Then he makes Rani confident after the bad incident with JC. After that he created a comical circumstance and tricked Kantha rao finally he brakes his bike handle at the same time he impresses Rani.

Meanwhile adapa started an affair with one of his lady colleague in the office but while in the bed he became an impotent however he managed from her.Then it was leaked in the office in a famous Telugu phrase on Tuesday. Then the gossip had became a headache to adapa.

Meanwhile JC holds Rani's files through adapa. He suggest Rani to leave her aim then survam successfully steels the files of Rani and approves it through collector office. Then she started preparation for her nursery works. Then her brother arranges a match to her which her requirements are fulfilled then she realises that she loves survam and decides to propose him on the opening of her nursery.

Meanwhile JC came from the camp and notices that the Rani's files which has been signed by collector and becomes angry on adapa after that he proposes again to Rani as a changed man but this time Rani didn't fall on his tricks and seriously rejects him. Then he came to know adapa that survam is getting close with Rani then he offers survam his transfer and warns to leave Rani. Then survam challenges with JC to get transfer through him and warns to leave Rani.

Then in the same night at adapa's home. JC setups his 'private space'then survam and his gang inturpts him tried to make it public. On the fear of losing grip on the situation he puts his signature on survam's transfer document.

Then angered JC makes deal with tatkal to divide survam and Rani. Then tatkal double crosses survam meets Rani and says all the facts to Rani which he had done earlier. Then After knowing facts Rani avoids survam and agrees her family's match. Then in the occasion of marriage bride groom Ranjit(Mirchi Hemanth) turns out to be pitha's follower. Then pitha also comes to the marraige and recognises Rani shares about survam as his follower. Then she understands survam's past weakness in astrology believing and after that survam's neighbour shares the real facts with her then she regrets about her misunderstanding on survam then information has passed through yadgiri to survam(yadgiri also came to take guidance for his government job initially survam makes him confident and started giving him guidance). Then survam makes a deal with tatkal to stop the marraige but it was interrupted by the head priest or panthulu Garu of the marraige(Posani Krishna murali) because to settle score with tatkal in the for sanctioning the permission to construct of a new house. In a comical circumstances tatkal trails goes into veins because of head priest. Then survam recognises the head priest and calls him. Then the head priest recognises him. survam helps the head priest to get government permission to reconstruction of his house. Then remembering his to do good to him he arranges a plant to make unconscious it successfully gave it to Ranjit and he became unconscious and the marraige was canciled due to the unconscious disease of bridegroom.

After that the last day of service survam ditches tatkal remembering JC deal after that survam shows the sting video of JC with a women who is with him when the survam interrupted JC forcing to sleep with him. Actually its a trap by survam he gave it to media and press and became hero in his office went to karimnagar then Rani's nursery decided to shift karimnagar and survam and Rani happly married. Yadgiri got selected for the interview this time, adapa has changed his behaviour,tatkal didn't wouldn't change.

finally the film ends with who will be self confident he will become the most successful person in life.

The movie had various shooting schedules which were shot at places in cities like Hyderabad, Vizag, Yanam and Kakinada. The movie’s first look was launched on 15 February 2016, by director Trivikram and actor Nithiin.[2][3]
