Jay Tavare (born March 17, 1971) is an American film and television actor, voice-over artist, and writer, known for his roles in films like Street Fighter, Adaptation, Pathfinder, and Bone Tomahawk, the television miniseries Into the West, and the video game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
