Jari Hämäläinen

Jari Hämäläinen (born 25 September 1963 in Helsinki) is a Finnish conductor and music manager. He is co-founder of Bel Canto Global Arts Europe, an artist management company based in Pforzheim, Germany that represents and supports the careers of opera singers. As a conductor he has had guest engagements with companies such as Opera Australia, Oper Frankfurt, Opera Ireland, Opera Hong Kong, Boston Lyric Opera, Munich Philharmonic, Mexico City Philharmonic, and numerous other organizations.[1] Hämäläinen previously served as general music director of Stadttheater Pforzheim and artistic director for the Savonlinna Opera Festival.
