Jannatul Nayeem Avril (born September 4, 1990) is a Bangladeshi, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Bangladesh 2017.^{[3][4][5][6][7]}Though On the September 29, 2017 final day of the 2017 Miss Bangladesh competition, she was declared Miss Bangladesh, although it has been criticized that she did not win the best of judges, she was declared winner by the organizers' wishes. There has been a buzz that she hides her age during the competition and when she gets further complaint, she confiscates her marital status. Though that violates the rules of Miss World Bangladesh where competitors must have to be unmarried. In the same context, the organizer declared him "ineligible" on October 4, 2017 four days after the announcement of the winner and announced Jessia Islam as new Miss Bangladesh 2017.^[8][9]

Early life

Jannatul Nayeem Amenah/Avril was born in September 4,1990,^[10] in Chittagong, Bangladesh. She was so passionate about motorcycle riding. Her father is Taher Mia and Reziya Begum is her mother. She passed SSC from Barama Trahi Menaka High School in 2013. Then she passed HSC from a college in Cox’s Bazar. Then she moved to Dhaka.

Jannatul learned bike riding from her uncle when she was only 14. Afterward, she becomes an expert in bike riding and turned herself into an idol to the lady bike rider.

Career

Jannatul Nayeem Avril/Amenah is a Bangladeshi rising model who is best known as a lady biker of the country. She comes to the timeline across the country winning the title of Miss Bangladesh 2017.

Miss World Bangladesh incident

Jannatul Nayeem Avril/Amenah turned herself in to 'Miss World Bangladesh 2017'. She won the prestigious crown on October 02, 2017 ^[11]. Later it was found that she falsified her personal information about marital status. She got married on 21st march of 2013 but the marriage lasted only for about two and a half months. This information led to a controversy and debate amongst people of Bangladesh as by the rules and regulations of this contest, it was clearly mentioned that married women cannot participate for this competition. After That, Jannatul stripped of crown for all those controversies ^[12] .

Personal life

According to Prothom Alo, Jannatul Nayeem married a costume businessman Mohammad Monjur Uddin on March 21, 2013. After two months together the couple got divorced. She took part in the Miss World Bangladesh 2017 hiding her marital status that violates the rules of Miss World Bangladesh where competitors must have to be unmarried.
