Jamie Dupree (born in Washington, D.C.) is a radio news correspondent for Cox Radio based in Washington, D.C. As a correspondent he has covered the United States Congress and politics. Dupree is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Career

Dupree began his career as a reporter in the 1980s.

Along with WSB, Dupree also corresponds for WDBO, WOKV, WHIO, KRMG, and Twitter.[1] He also has a blog, Jamie Dupree's Washington Insider, and regularly posts on Facebook and Twitter.

He makes regular appearances on the conservative commentator Sean Hannity's radio show to discuss politics. He is a frequent guest on the Sean Hannity Show. Hannity calls him "the most connected man in Washington.”

Dupree is also an Extra-class ham radio operator (NS3T) and is an avid contester.

Personal life

Dupree is married with three children.

Health

In 2016, Dupree was diagnosed with tongue protrusion dystonia, a rare neurological condition that robbed him of the ability to speak. He communicates mostly through note cards.[2]
