James Hill (producer)

James Hill (August 1, 1916 – January 11, 2001) was American film producer in the 1950s and 1960s. He joined Hecht-Hill-Lancaster Productions as a producer with Harold Hecht and Burt Lancaster after working with them as co-screenwriter on His Majesty O'Keefe.[1] Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the fifth (and final) husband of Rita Hayworth from 1958 to 1961.[2][3] Like Hayworth, he developed Alzheimer's disease. He died in Santa Monica, California.[4]
