James Grehan (born 17 March 1987), also known by the nickname of "Jimmy", is an Australian professional rugby league footballer of the 2010s.

He has played for St. George Illawarra Dragons (junior), Parramatta Eels (squad), Western Suburbs Magpies (Reserve grade), Limoux Grizzlies, Castleford Tigers and the Batley Bulldogs (Loan), as a centre, Second-row, or loose forward/lock.[3]
