Jackson Appleyard (birth registered second ¼ 1931[1]) is an English former professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s. He played at club level for Castleford.[2][3][4]

Jackson Appleyard is the son of Jackson Appleyard, Snr. (birth registered second ¼ 1907 in Tadcaster district) and Lily M. Brown (marriage registered fourth ¼ 1930 in Pontefract district). Jackson Appleyard's marriage to Connie (née White) was registered during third ¼ 1954 in Pontefract district.[5] They had children; Alan D. Appleyard (birth registered third ¼ 1955 (age 62–63) in Pontefract district), and Paul R. Appleyard (birth registered second ¼ 1958 (age 59–60) in Pontefract district).
