Jack Jacobus Hart (born 13 February 1998) is a South African rugby union player for the Golden Lions U21 in the Under-21 Provincial Championship.[1] His regular position is scrum-half.[2]

In 2017, he was nominated as the Lions Under 19 Backline Player of the Year.[3]
