Jacco Verhaeren

Jacco Verhaeren (born April 4, 1969 in Rijsbergen, North Brabant) is a Dutch swimming coach. He was formerly the sporting director of the Dutch swimming team and the Nationaal Zweminstituut Eindhoven. On October 17, 2013 Verhaeren was named the head coach of the Australian swimming team.[1] He is best known for guiding Pieter van den Hoogenband, Inge de Bruijn, and Ranomi Kromowidjojo to multiple Olympic gold medals.

In 2010 the book Boven Water about Verhaeren was published, written by his brother Henk Verhaeren.
