Izabela Vidovic (Croatian: Izabela Vidović; born May 27, 2001) is an American actress and singer of Croatian heritage. She is best known for her roles in movies Homefront,[1] Wonder, and in the Freeform television series The Fosters.

Early life

Izabela Vidovic was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Croatian parents Mario and Elizabeta Vidović (née Bašić).[2] Her mother is a filmmaker, actress and writer. Although born in Kassel, Germany, to Marko and Ankica Bašić, Croats from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Izabela's mother was raised in the Bosnian city of Busovača. Izabela speaks Croatian.[3] Vidovic performed in stage productions of Mary Poppins, Camp Rock, and Annie starting as early as seven years old. After that she moved onto film and television series in 2011.

Career

Vidovic has appeared in several series on The CW. In 2013, she played Charlotte on The 100 in the first season episodes "Murphy’s Law" and "Earth Kills." In 2017, Vidovic played a young Kara Danvers / Kara Zor-El in the Supergirl season 3 flashback episode "Midvale." In 2018, she had a multi-episode arc in the fourth season of iZombie as Isobel.[4] In 2017, she played the lead character's sister Olivia in the film Wonder.[3]
