Ivan Ivanovich Melnikov (Russian: Иван Иванович Мельников; born in 1950) is a Russian politician, vice-Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, First Vice Chairman of the State Duma.[2] He is a professor at Moscow State University.
