Ivan Adžić (Serbian Cyrillic: Иван Аџић; born 21 June 1973) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.
Adžić won the Yugoslav League on 1995 with Red Star Belgrade, and was at the club when they won the 1991 European Cup, but played no part in any game.
After finishing his playing career, Adžić was assistant manager to Ratko Dostanić and Walter Zenga at Red Star Belgrade from 2004 to 2006. He also spent one season as manager of Rudar Pljevlja. Subsequently, Adžić served as the director of football at Red Star Belgrade for two and a half years between 2009 and 2011.[1]
Adžić's son Luke Adžić played for Red Star from 2016 to 2018 before joining RSC Anderlecht.
