Issey Takahashi or Issei Takahashi (高橋 一生 Takahashi Issei, born December 9, 1980 in Tokyo, Japan)[1] is a Japanese actor who is represented by My Promotion.
Biography
Takahashi was born in Tokyo and graduated from Horikoshi High School. He is part of Tobiraza and his semi-leading debut was in Fortin Brass in 2001.
One of Takahashi's classmates was Junichi Okada of V6, who stated that they "had a good relationship to go to the drive, and told each other to wanting to work sometime together", and they first co-starred in Gunshi Kanbei. During filming, they also had private time and called it the "palace".
Takahashi became notable in voice acting in Whisper of the Heart, and starred with Yōko Honna, Yorie Yamashita, and Mayumi Iizuka in Only Yesterday.
He has frequently appeared with Kankurō Kudō during his works.
