Islam in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex
There is a significant population of American Muslims in DFW. The area has the fourth-largest Muslim population in the country.[1] DFW is home to 62 Sunni Mosques, 8 Sunni Musalla, and 4 Shia Mosques.[2] It has been described as the "Madinah of America".[3]
