Isadore Anderson

The first Missouri Tigers basketball team

Axel Isadore "Izzy" Anderson (June 20, 1880 – September 6, 1961)[1] was asked to coach the inaugural season of basketball at the University of Missouri. His record was 10–6 as head coach and most notably beat the Kansas Jayhawks twice in 1907, then coached by James Naismith, the inventor of basketball.
