Isaac Mann

Isaac Mann (b Norwich 1712 – d Bath, Somerset 1788) was Bishop of Cork and Ross from 1772 to 1789.[1]

Downes was educated at Trinity College, Dublin.[2] He was Archdeacon of Dublin[3] from 1757 until his elevation to the Episcopate.[4]
