Ion Boițeanu

Ion Boiteanu (born 1885, died 1946) was a Romanian Lieutenant-General during World War II. He served as Secretary-General Ministry of Defense in 1941 and General Officer Commanding 3rd Division. In 1943, he was General Officer Commanding 19th Division, Acting General Officer Commanding Cavalry Corps, and General Officer Commanding I Corps. In 1944, he became Director Higher Military School, Minister of Culture, Minister of Justice, and finally General Officer Commanding IV Corps.[1]
