International Cat Day is a celebration which takes place on 8 August, every year. It was created in 2002 by the International Fund for Animal Welfare.[1][2]

World Cat Day is celebrated on 17 February in much of Europe and on 1 March in Russia.[3] and Cat Day is celebrated on February 22nd in Japan. [4]
