The India national baseball team is the national baseball team of India in international-level baseball competitions. As of 2016 India had two International players, Rinku Singh and Dinesh Patel, both of whom were in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.[2]
India defeated Iran 11-10 to win the gold medal in the Presidential Cup Friendly Baseball Tournament held at the Azadi Stadium in Tehran, Iran in September 2015. This was the first time that India won an international baseball tournament.[3][4]
