Indautxu is a neighbourhood of central Bilbao (Biscay) in Spain, located between the neighbourhoods of Basurto and Abando. It is centred on Plaza Indautxu, a large, newly reformed square under which there is a small shopping centre and a station for Metro Bilbao.
The neighbourhood is considered affluent, and is most famous for the large number of private hospitals and clinics,[1] the large Company of Jesus school [2] and the Doña Casilda Iturrizar park, all located in the zone.
Its football team is SD Indautxu.
