"I Need Some Fine Wine and You, You Need to Be Nicer" was the first single from The Cardigans' sixth album Super Extra Gravity. It was released in Scandinavia on 21 September 2005, in Canada on 26 September 2005 and then across Europe on 3 and 7 October 2005. The single includes the B-side "For the Boys", which was previously released as the bonus track on the American release of their fifth album Long Gone Before Daylight, as well as "Explode" and "My Favourite Game" which were recorded live at the Kiev Sporthall on December 2003. The video was directed by Martin Renck and Jakob Ström.
