FMS-280 Clairvoyance (Qian-Li-Yan, or Qianliyan,千里眼) is a series of Chinese UAVs developed by Beijing Innovative Propulsion Technologies Co., Ltd. (IPT, 北京飞马动力技术有限公司). First revealed at the 2nd China (Beijing) International Exhibition and Symposium on Police Equipment and Anti Terrorism Technology and Equipment, or CIPATE 2007, 第二届中国(北京)国际警用装备及反恐技术装备展览会) held in May 2007, it is a light fixed-wing UAV.
