IEEE 802.11ai
IEEE 802.11ai is a Wireless LAN study group in the IEEE that since June 2017[1] has standardized a fast initial link setup (FILS) function that enable a wireless LAN client to achieve a secure link setup within 100ms. RevCom & Standards Board approval was expected in September 2016.[2]
