Hypogeophis is a genus of caecilians in the family Indotyphlidae. The genus consists of three species, all endemic to parts of the Seychelles Archipelago.[1][2]

The genus has three recognized species:[1][3]
- Hypogeophis brevis
- Hypogeophis pti – petite Praslin caecilian, found on Praslin[4]
- Hypogeophis rostratus – Frigate Island caecilian
