Hypericum adenotrichum is a shrub in the genus Hypericum.
Description
Hypericum adenotrichum range from 0.07-0.32 meters tall. Its flowers are 20-32 millimeters in diameter.[2]
Dispersion
The species is native to Turkey, with possible sightings elsewhere due to garden escapes.[3][4]
Name
Hypericum adenotrichum is sometimes referred to as "kantaron".
Medicinal use
Many people use the plant in different folk medicines. It has also been looked into for its anti-cancer properties. These include slowing the growth of cancer cell lines.[5]
