Hundred of Warrow
The Hundred of Warrow is a cadastral hundred of the County of Flinders, South Australia.
The hundred was proclaimed in 1869. It is bisected east from west by the Flinders Highway,[1] north of Port Lincoln. The main centre of population in the hundred is the town of Coulta.[2]
History
The traditional owners of the district were the Nauo Indigenous Australians.[3] The first European to make contact with this stretch of coastline was the French explorer Nicolas Baudin who said as far as Lacepede Bay in 1802.[4]
