Hulburd Steel
Hulburd Steel was a turn of the 19th/20th-century American artist. He was born in 1870 and lived in New York City.[1] He preferred to paint marine or harbor views in oil. His signed paintings are rarely on the market, although his 'New York Harbor' raised far more than expected when auctioned in 2001.[2]
