Hroðr

In Norse mythology, Hroðr (Old Norse "famed"[1]) is a female jötunn (giantess) friendly to the Æsir and the wife of the jötunn Hymir.[2] According to the Eddic poem Hymiskviða, she is the mother of Týr, the poem suggests by Hymir, but the later Prose Edda states that Odin is his father.
