Hori Naotora (堀 直虎, September 26, 1836 – February 10, 1868) was a samurai of the late Edo period.

Daimyo

Naotora was as daimyō of Suzaka Domain (12,000 koku) in Shinano Province.

He was appointed Foreign Affairs Magistrate and wakadoshiyori in late 1867.[1]

He died suddenly in Edo Castle a little over a month later, in January 1868.

Following his death, he was succeeded by his brother Naoakira.
