Horacio D. Rozanski (born c. 1969) is an Argentine-born American businessman. He serves as the president and chief executive officer of Booz Allen Hamilton.

Early life

Horacio D. Rozanski was born in Argentina circa 1969.[1][2][3] He earned a bachelor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, and a master in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.[3][4]

Career

Rozanski began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an intern.[3] He was its Chief Human Officer from 2002 to 2010,[4] and he became its Chief Strategy and Talent Officer in 2010.[1] He also served as its executive vice president from 2009 to 2011, and as its chief operating officer from 2011 to 2014.[4] He has served as its president since January 1, 2014 and as its chief executive officer since January 1, 2015.[1][4] He earned more than US$3.5 million in 2016.[4]

Rozanski serves on the board of directors of the Center for Talent Innovation.[5]

Personal life

Rozanski is married.[2]
