History of A.S.D. Città di Marino Calcio

The history of Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Città di Marino Calcio or simply Marino was an Italian association football club, based in Marino, Lazio. It was founded in 1993. Marino is currently defunct.

Marino was founded in 1993.

In the 2010-11 season the club was promoted to Serie D as Coppa Italia Dilettanti finalist[1] because the winner Ancona 1905 was promoted as first place in Eccellenza Marche.

In the summer of 2013, after its relegation, the side transferred the seat and its sports title of Eccellenza to Atletico Monterotondo located in the city of Monterotondo, becoming A.S.D. Monterotondo Calcio.[2] Marino has since effectively disappeared.

It played at the Stadio Comunale Domenico Fiore, in Marino, Italy[3] with capacity of 3,000 places.
