Herzeg-Bosnia national football team (Nogometna reprezentacija Herceg-Bosne) represented Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia in international association football competitions. The team was managed by the Football Federation of Herzeg-Bosnia.[1]

The only match played by Herzeg-Bosnia was against Paraguay on 21 April 1996. The match was played at the Estadio Defensores del Chaco in Asunción, Paraguay before 10,988 viewers. Paraguay won 3-0. The coach for Herzeg-Bosnia was Branko Međugorac.[1] Herzeg-Bosnia played in the Paraguayan away kit, because their kits were very similar to the Paraguayan home kit.[2] However, FIFA officially holds this match to be between Paraguay and Bosnia and Herzegovina.[3]
