Hero is a 2006 Bengali film directed by Swapan Saha.[5] This film has bean music composed by Jeet Ganguly.This film released under the banner of Surinder Films.[6][7] The film is a remake of the 2002 Kannada movie Appu which was also remade in Telugu as Idiot , in Tamil as Dum and in Bangladeshi Bengali as Priya Amar Priya .[8]
