Hermenegildo Teves Villanueva, fondly called as Bindoy[1] (September 25, 1876 1941) was a Filipino politician. He served as Senator from the eighth senatorial district from 1919 to 1931, and Governor of Negros Oriental from 1931 to 1937.

He is the son of Hermenegildo Villanueva and Anselma Pinili Teves.[2]
