Hemchandra Burman

Hemchandra Burman is an Indian politician from West Bengal in the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is the district president of Cooch Behar.[1]

He contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Cooch Behar as a BJP/NDA candidate.
