Hello Singapore (Chinese: 狮城有约) is a news/current affairs programme produced by Mediacorp Channel 8. It is hosted by a rotating team of presenters composed of a news presenter and one from a team of the seven hosts which consists of Good Morning Singapore host Jeffrey Low together with Guo Liang, Youyi, Qin Kai, Mei Lan, Kristine Lim Zhi Ying and Vincent Lim. The show, which covers topics from life issues to social news from Singapore also includes exciting lifestyle news and information.[1] The show replaced the current weekday broadcast of Singapore Today as well as half of the 7.00pm drama timeslot, airing weekdays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, live, premiering together with socio-drama , Reach For The Skies (2018) [2]
A repeat telecast of "Crosstalks" and the topic of the day will also be available the next weekday, 7.30am to 8.00am.
Hello Singapore ended its broadcast at Caldecott Hill on 10 March 2017. On 13 March 2017, it was then move to Mediacorp Campus at 1 Stars Avenue.

The series is a weekday news/current affairs programme that will better reflect the sentiments and concerns of Singaporeans, combining news, current affairs and live discussions. It also features news coverage around the world and in-depth analyses of current affairs, through pre-recorded segments and live discussions with invited experts and guests.

Changes during National Mourning
To respect the passing of the founding father Lee Kuan Yew, who died of pneumonia at 3.18am on 23 March 2015 (Monday), like all other Channel 8 news programmes, the opening sequence has changed. From 23 to 27 March 2015, the opening graphics were toned down and music from the sequence was replaced by melancholic music. The 23 to 26 March episodes were hosted by Qi Qi and Focus presenter Chun Guek Lay, while the 27 March episode was hosted by Kenneth Kong and Jeffery Low. There were two or three segments as shown below.

Special arrangements were being made during GE2015. Details are as follows:
- 1 Sep 2015 - Nomination Day
Hello Singapore is shortened to 30 minutes, which consists of two news segments. Following that, the show ends for the day to air the 'live' political forum Singapore Votes 2015 - Your Vote Matters at 7.00pm.
- 4 and 8 Sep 2015 - Campaign Report
The arrangement for the two days are such that the two news segments are shown first, afterwards, the hosts will walk viewers through each part of Singapore Votes 2015 - Campaign Report before they are shown.
- 11 Sep 2015 - Polling Day
Prior to the live coverage of the Polling Day report at 8.30pm, Hello Singapore presented the two news segments at 6.30pm. Following that, the show ends for the day to air 118 at 7.00pm, 2 episodes back-to-back (Episode 229 / 230).
Changes during NDP 2016
To celebrate Singapore 51st birthday, Hello Singapore was changed to an earlier time slot to broadcast NDP 2016 live.
Changes during NDP 2017
To celebrate Singapore 's 52nd Birthday. Hello Singapore changed time slot from 4.30pm instead of 6.30pm as NDP starts at 5.40pm and it is broadcast live .
Trivia
- Guo Liang 郭亮's first current affairs programme.
- Youyi' 林有懿's comeback current affairs programme after she left Good Morning Singapore in 2013.
- This will be the first time Channel 8 News was extended from 30 mins to 1 hour.
- Kristine Lim Zhi Ying 林稚英 is the only one who crosses over between presenters, newscasters and Morning Express.
- Kenneth Kong 江坚文 left Hello Singapore and went to Love 97.2FM as a DJ in 2016.
- 琪琪 left Hello Singapore and went to Capital 95.8FM as a DJ in 2017.
