The Hellenic Basketball Federation (Greek: Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Καλαθοσφαίρισης, abbreviated as Ε.Ο.Κ.), is a governing body for basketball in Greece. It directs and oversees all of the national basketball teams of Greece, including both the junior and senior national teams of both men and women. From 1969 to 1992, the E.O.K. also solely oversaw the top-tier men's Greek National Basketball League, before its basic operation was taken over by HEBA, starting with the 1992–93 basketball season.

The E.O.K. also oversees the men's Greek Cup competition each season, and the Acropolis International Tournament every summer. It also oversees the Greek Women's Basketball League and the Greek Women's Basketball Cup.
