The Basketball Federation of Slovenia (Slovene: Košarkarska zveza Slovenije) is the governing body of basketball in Slovenia.

It was founded in 1950 as a member of the larger Yugoslav Basketball Federation (see also: Basketball in Yugoslavia). In 1992, KZS joined the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) on its own. Slovenia competes in the European region of FIBA.

It organizes the top-level men's league, the UPC Telemach League, as well as three other levels in the men's basketball league pyramid, and a women's league. KZS also runs the Slovenia national basketball team.
