Helical plc (formerly Helical Bar plc) is a property investment and development company specialising in London and Manchester. It is based in London and a constituent of the FTSE SmallCap Index.[2]
History
The Helical Bar and Engineering Company Limited was incorporated as a limited company on 3 July 1919.[3] The company sold its steel reinforcement business in 1986.[4]
Operations
The Group is active in London and Manchester and in March 2018 owned 16 properties with a total value of over £909.6m.[1]
