Head Rajkan (also Rajkan Head) is a town and union council of Yazman Tehsil, Bahawalpur District, Punjab. Mostly beautiful thing about this area Rajkan is a lady that works hard in construction days of Dera Navab Branch Canal. She served food in this peoples they dig canal. She is very honorable and social lady. Its population is 70,000 according to census 1998.The most famous villages in this area Chak No 5/DNB, 113/DNB, 1/DNB, 6/DNB, 36/DNB, 117/DNB.
