It was released in North America on November 4, 2014, in Europe on June 19, 2015 and in Australia on June 20, 2015. Unlike previous titles named Harvest Moon in the West, there are no plans to release the game in Japan,[2] and it was not developed by Marvelous. Natsume owns the rights to the brand "Harvest Moon", meaning that Xseed is not allowed to use it.[3]
