Hartford Athletic is a future American professional soccer team based in Hartford, Connecticut. The club was founded in 2018 and plans to begin playing in the USL Championship in 2019.[1][2] 2012 MLS Goalkeeper of the Year and former Oklahoma City Energy FC head coach Jimmy Nielsen will be the head coach of the team.[3]

Stadium

The club will play on the grounds of Dillon Stadium, which will be renovated and have a capacity of 6,000.[4]
