Harriet Owen (born 16 December 1993) is a British professional racing cyclist from Kirtlington, Oxfordshire.[2][3] She was educated at Marlborough School, Woodstock.[3] She joined the Matrix Fitness Pro Cycling team from Node4 Giordana Racing in 2013,[4] leaving in 2016 to race criteriums in the United States.[5]
